Novigrad, Closed City Quest: Glitched?

So, I'm pretty sure this quest is glitched. It sucks too because CD ProjektRed is patching this quest but not for the same glitch that I have. Sigh.

Anyhow, Novigrad, Closed City, pretty sure it's the second part of the quest. The woman on the St.Gregory Bridge is like "Yo, I got monsters" then leads you into a trap and gives you a key. When I went back to the quest later it was giving me no quest objective markers. Infact it's not giving me any new quest objectives.

I looked up what you're suppose to be doing(supposedly unlocking a safe of some kind, as I believe she gives you a key) and went back to the house. Well, the house I think is the quest house is now locked for some reason! Great, eh?

I also see that this "Bridge Scenario" is the second part of the quest. However, I did do the other quest, where you help some thieves find a Witch Hunter near the Novigrad Portside, and it didn't give me any prompts at all for further things. The thing that actived this quest was the St.Gregory bridge quest, so now I have no idea what to do.

Someone send help please.

I think it's also worth mentioning that the Warrant item you're suppose to get from the guards isn't in my Quest inventory.

She gave me the key and the rest of the quest went on, but how about it for you? Did she say she was going to give you a key? Also is it in your inventory? If not, then I've had issues like this with quests where you need to either reload it and re-do the quest again. Or wait till it sorts itself out, I've had to wait until I've done a certain quest before I can continue with another quest before it pops back up. Since it shows as Complete, yet it isn't

Yeah I have the key but nothing else. I've also reloaded numerous times and done other quests. Went and did the entire Skelliege questline and nothing still. It's silly.

Went to Crippled Kate's, no event. Not sure what to do. Really dislike having uncompleted quests in my Journal.

Have you done "Now or Never" quest?
Novigrad closed city does not even trigger for me if I haven't completed Now or Never.

Yeah that quest is broken!

just finished this quest few days ago but i can get into the house. i think you definitely missed something and u may look at the video from youtube in order to see what u missed.

I did the same. It isn't broken you just never picked up the warrant item. I'm probably just going to add it to my inventory via console.

get the console and type this: additem('q309_key_letters')

read that and the quest should progress
