Gwent Villentretenmerth (physical Card Game)

When using the card Villentretenmerth, firstly does it remove all the strongest cards when played until the other player is below or equal to 10 on that turn or does it remove only the strongest card or matching strongest cards leaving the other player above 10?

Secondly is it a constant effect, so on the next go and they go over 10 again does it scorch the strongest cards again or is it just used when played initially?

If the enemy has 3 cards in the meele row and they all added up have 10 or more points you discard the strongest card for example.

3 dwarf 3 dwarf 4 dwarf

It will discard the dwarf with the most points that's the 4.

Another example

4 dwarf 4 dwarf 4 dwarf

It will discard all the 3 cards

Bingo. Only discards the strongest card (or cards of same value) even if the cards remaining add up greater than 10. Also it only works on the round on which you place him. Really handy against Monster and Squirrel decks.

It's perfect against any deck really had a 3 blue stripes + commander's horn and they all went down with one card.
