How to get digital artbook and soundtrack?
There is a special offer on the steam store page that gives digital artbook and soundtrack when purchasing the game. But I already have the game, how can I still get those stuff?

Never mind, found them in the game folder....

steam map > steamapps > common> witcher 3 then you wil find the map artbook/ wallepaper/
