'new moon' set only trousers and gauntlets is relic
is this true? while armors and boots are magic?

what i'm asking is, there is no full relic set in new moon?

Its not rng, the relic versions have fixed spawn points.
The relic new moon armor piece spawn at the lighthouse near the shipwreck.
Don't remember where the boots are tough.
