I wonder why the ingame version doesn't have vocal..?

OST that comes with the game... The rar. archive has track titled "Whispers of Oxenfurt", and there's female singing. But there's no vocal when you listen to it in the game, while walking streets of Oxenfurt.

Never listed to the soundtrack outside the game.
