Missing cards

Hi. I tried to collect all the cards for the trophy.
I am checking out on a list which i have to collect and until now there was some random drops i've missed.
But now there is a ''Dwarven Skirmisher'' that i miss. It should be avaibled to buy at Stjepan, but it's not and it wasn't there the first time i visited him.
Is there any solution for it? Or do i have to ''start over'' everything again?

Same thing with the ''Elven Skirmisher'' which should be at Innkeeper at Urialla Village, Skellig.

And now... 2 monster cards left. Merchants started to drop materials instead of those last cards. What is wrong with my save?
Is there maybe some, ''backup'' merchant selling those cards somewhere?

I know a couple of the merchants (tavern keepers) on Skellige that you can buy cards from don't show up right away - you sometimes have to meditate to get them to show up. Those might be some of the ones you're missing. Check a map of all the Skellige tavern keepers to see any you may have missed.

Thank you, i will check if i can find them there. Any idea where these ''Skirmisher'' cards could be? Can't find anything on the internet... :(
