Missable Heart of Stone Cards
So I didn't get into playing gwent until after I finished the Hearts of Stone expansion quests and didn't realize that you could miss some of the cards.

It seems like most of the cards (Cow / Toad / Olgerid) that you can miss they've added in a way to find after the NPCs have disappeared. However, I missed playing Hilbert at the Auction House during one of the story quests and haven't been able to find any info about an alternate location for the Gaunter O'Dinn card.

Anyone know where that could be?

You can buy the Gaunter O'Dimm card from the Merchant where you recruit Eveline Gallo during the Breaking and Entering quest. I got mine there, plus two Gaunter O'Dimm: Darkness cards.
