I don't recall insulting you as a matter of fact you were the one saying something like don't destroy other's people's childhood or they destroy you.
Also respect is something earned not given so no i wouldn't respect people unless they earned it and i know them but that's unrelated, it would be best to say to treat other with a minumum of dignity of a human being.
There are still 2 other secrets in the Witcher-series that broad fanbase still don't know of.
These secrets are the identity of Triss Merigold and the early history of Emhyr var Emreis.
I will not go in to the details of the Emhyr's past. But i point out this: He was exiled when he was 13 years old (year 1228). Next sighting of him was in the Cintran forest when he was demanding Law of Suprise from king Roegner (year 1237). And the next time he was seen is when he appeared at Pavetta's birthday party, which obviously takes place 15 years later (year 1252).
Emhyr var Emreis was exiled for around 24 years. Do you believe that he spend all that time roaming around Cintran forest as a some sort of cursed hedgehog creature?
No he did not.
The "hedgehog"-curse was lifted long time ago before he demanded the Law of Suprise from Roegner (if there ever was one).
Where he was all this time and with whom can be deducted from the books. The hints are there.
But seeing how fanbase responded to this thread, i won't post more about this.
So about Triss Merigold..
What would you say if i told you that the Netflix's new WItcher-series is the very first time when fanbase gets to see the real Triss Merigold?
Triss Merigold of Maribor has never appeared in any book or game.
Since the beginning of the 3rd book, Blood of Elves, Lytta Neyd has been impersonating Triss Merigold.
What you need to realize first is that the 8th book, Season of Storms, takes place between Last Wish and Sword of Destiny. The correct cronological order of the books is 18234567. I strongly suggest that you re-read the books in this order.
Now... The critically important parts are at the end of the 2nd book, when Geralt is visiting the Sodden monument and at the beginning of the 3rd book, the sorceress' memories after she had arrive at Kaer Morhen.
Firstly... About the ending of 2nd book:
Geralts thoughts when seeing Triss' name on the monument reveal that there never was anything intimate between Geralt and Triss BEFORE the battle of Sodden Hill. It reads right there in the book that they simply liked each other.
Geralts thoughts when seeing Coral's name on the monument reveal that 8th book has already taken place and that for some unknown reason to Geralt, he ended up in Corals bed. Which is what happened in Season of Storms.
Secondly. About the beginning of the 3rd book, when the sorceress arrives Kaer Morhen.
If you re-read the Season of Storms before re-reading Blood of Elves. You will come to realize that the memories that the sorceress is thinking about belongs to Coral. Those memories are precisely what happens in Season of Storms. Coral seducing Geralt with magic and Geralt and Yennefer breaking up for example.
Thirdly, there is one more hint in the 6th book. After Yennefer has disappeared from Skellige, this sorceress come looking for her. In the scene when this sorceress is having dinner with Crach, she is wearing coral lipstick, which is Lytta Neyds trademark. If you own ebooks, you probably can find this text by search.
What happened to the tattoo Coral had?
She removed it. In the 3rd book, right after they leave Kaer Morhen she becomes awfully sick. This is highly peculiar don't you think. Nobody else got sick and she is supposed to be immune. But if you have played W2 and gotten drunk with the Blue Stripes, you'll know that the tattoo removal is alchemical cream of sort. And in the 3rd book, right at the beginning of 4th chapter where she gets sick she reveals that she is allergic. The sickness is simply alergic reaction.
W3: Wild Hunt also has hints:
If Geralt asks "Triss" to stay in Novigrad, she'll take him to the lighthouse to "watch the ships". This is also presicely what Geralt and Coral did in Season of Storms.
Also there is the hydromancy. Coral uses it to track Geralts stolen swords and "Triss" uses it to track Philippa.
How this swap happened then?
Theres short scene in Blood of Elves where Coral talks about the battle of Sodden. In this dialog she says that both living and the dead were hard to identify. As we know she too was extremely badly injured. Also in this dialog she says that only survivor who knew her was Yennefer, and Yennefer was blinded.
And then she says " our former appearances restored to us " or something like that. Except the survivors/healers mistook Coral for Triss Merigold and thus Coral was restored with Merigolds appearance.
In the books her eye and hair color is shifting but eventually Coral started to wear her original eye and hair color. Green eyes and fox red hair.
Real Triss Merigold had blue eyes and chestnut hair.
Anyways im done with this.
I hope that you re-read the books with this in mind. You will realize that there never was Triss Merigold in whole series.
Probably should have an actual understanding of psychology, biology, and cultural anthropology before saying ♥♥♥♥ like this, especially laughably moronic ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ like "the difference between right and wrong is inherent in our genes." So when are you going to publish your findings and collect your Nobel Prize for discovering something scientists have been trying to suss out for more than the last century and philosophers for several millenia? But back on topic, the practice of what people derogate as "cousin ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥" used to be a very common practice in human history all the way up until about a hundred years or so ago and fell out of fashion not because of the discovery of genes and birth defects people whinge about these days but because it was, as travel to other populated places to meet new people became easier thanks to new technology, seen as a backwater, hillbilly practice forced only on those so poor and without options, the most widely available mates they had were also distant relatives. If you feel repulsed by that, that's just your regurgitation of what you've been mistakenly taught to think of as incest as the concept has mutated in the collective unconscious of society. And to be clear - no, I'm not advocating you marry your cousin. But you do you...
Anyway, back on real topic, and since I haven't seen anyone else bring it up though the OP mentioned the movie in question/I'm too lazy to comb through offended normie comments for any semblance of intelligence, there's a chance the devs also picked up on this romantic subtext. In the DLC mission Open Sesame! from Hearts of Stone where you visit the auction house, you're able to buy a peculiar pair of glasses detailed as being owned by a professional assassin called "The Professor." They're the same glasses worn by Leon in The Professional, one of the movies mentioned by the OP, which draws a direct link between the two works, though we shouldn't automatically decree this was intentional for any specific reason. But going with the assumption that it may be intentional, juxtaposing the two helps to validate this theory to some extent due to the similarity of base narrative elements.
Further and though most already got the subtext as the movie sits, not many are aware the original script was supposedly much more forthcoming with at least Matilda's feelings for Leon and his complicated feelings therein being, himself, somewhat child-like in his disposition despite being a coldblooded killer (recall that Leon also has a caretaker and father figure, Tony - casts Vesemir in a potential new light too), but it was changed because average sensibilities are what the times demand. Artistic vision and depicting people as they are be damned. How dare people be violated and abused with such extreme crimes that can only be described as feeling icky.
People are free to feel as disgusted as they wish, but humans gonna human irrespective of the arbitrary societal values of the time. The Greeks used to engage in what we call pederasty to day. Back then, they just called it a Thursday, and the world kept turning. Just because you see Geralt purely as Ciri's father doesn't imply they do, they have to, and everyone else is obligated or to agree with your deficiencies (or are bad people if they don't), especially when there are no actual, real blood ties, plus Geralt's perception of time doesn't coincide with the average human lifespan. If you want to go down that rabbit hole of applying normie logic, every regular human he's ever ♥♥♥♥♥♥ is essentially a child in comparison since he's about 100 years old while only looking to be in his late 40s to mid 50s. Anyway, they're two (fictional) people who aren't trying to involve you in their business. Do you also get offended by what two gay men do alone at home? You may want to talk to a therapist about why you're so affected by that. Humans are mere animals, many huddled under the myth of man as separate from nature they call "civilization." Get over yourselves. You'll be a better person for it.
Edit: Also. "But don´t encourage destructive and entitled mindsets that think they are right .True evil- it thinks that it is good and right." Oh, the everlasting irony of the pious.....

Honestly, I like seeing the Geralt x Ciri posts. I don't see many posts where people lose their $hit so badly.
"Im looking for someone whose like daughter to me:"
oof.
Good luck with that, I've been reporting it every time someone necroed it and it got too toxic; and it's still up. Moderators love this thread too much to apply the rules.
EDIT: just saw you're the OP. Congrats the moderators are very fond of your theory.
