Fisherman's quest.

There's a fisherman in the village at Urialla Harbor on the island at the Noth Eastern corner of the Skellige map He always sits on a chair just to the right of the entrance to his house. I've tried to get the quest several times but there's no option that allows me to talk to him.

Logging out and back in or meditating doesn't help.

Does anybody know how to get this quest? ... Thanks i advance.

Google results are quite different for each person. Whatever is shown first for you could be completely blocked for me or appear in the 5th page.

Fair enough but he will find it no problem. He didn't ask about "some guy in some of the skellige islands", he was very precise in his question.

As for me not telling him the answer right away, I haven't had the problem and I'm not going to go through the several (more than one) threads about it here, in reddit, or wherever. So yeah, rather than doing it myself, he should and I'm just pointing him out in the right direction.
