Destination skellige load freeze

So I've looked around but everything I've seen is not what im looking for or no one has an answer. Destination Skellige quest. I pay the drunk captain, I watch the cut scene of him putting the swords down, then non stop loading. If I try to alt+tab out, the game shows up as not responding in task manager. I dont even get to the part with the pirates. Anyone having/had this issue? I am running mods as well

I haven't really heard of this issue which may be because it is one of your mods causing a problem, which ones do you currently have active?

I'm running:

Increased creature loot
Autoloot
Better icons
Crossbow damage boost and balance
Fast travel from anywhere
Mutagen dissolution
Perks always active
retextures for AMM
an HD mod
Trademan
whats for dinner
witcher 2 gear
custom localization fix
always full XP
All skills active

I disabled all of them (except for witcher 2 gear since I have some in the inventory and figured that would just give me an error message) and tried to re load but after the script compiler finished it just gave me an error and wouldnt start. Turned them all back on but left fast travel from anywhere off because I figured that may have been the one but I got the same infinite loading screen again. Going to try disabling a few others here and there. Figure I can turn them back on again once I get to skellige but that sorta needs to happen first

Just tested shutting off perks and skills always active and custom localization fix. Still nothing
