An Invitation From Keira Metz? (Spoilers) Bug/Glitch Please Help!!!

I am about level 7 and after exploring the Elven ruins where me and Keira had our first taste of battle against the Wild Hunt and then getting the Magic Lamp we went out of the cave. Then, Keira invites me to visit her sometime, but when I arrive at her house she is talking to some ghost and then when I approach her the game just randomly crashes to desktop. It doesn't show anything, not even "Witcher 3.exe has stopped working." It just randomly crashes to the desktop. Anyone can help me please? I have two mods installed (AMM and the Console) should that be an issue?
