Toussaint music not playing
Music will not appear unless I stay in the main city for minutes, which only lasts 1-2 loops before disappearing, and it seems that only the spooky music in some ancient relic areas functions properly
truly disappointing for I have little motivation to play the game without the background music

came up with a stupid way to fix this bug somewhat. In the main city when music is not playing press H ( Gwent deck) stay for few seconds and close it when Gwent music starts. Then you'll hear the ambience music in about 1 sec.
Sadly this temporary solution doesn't seem to work in Corvo Bianco the vineyard

I tried to find mod for it, nothing is out. If I would ve been reviewer and played BW. I would gave it max 3/10 ...because music is so fkn important for atmosphere in game. CDPR is a band of noobs.

I already had to download mod for retexturing of Viper armor. Because original texture was glowing by blue color at the chains. And now this issue with music. Witcher 3 WILD BUG.

Found this like alternative. Better to not have music while exploring world. Than have it buged like hell. http://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/1646/?

I have literally the exact same problem.

I've played this game on PS4 also and the same problem occurs every time I started a new Blood and Wine save(I tried for 5-6 times to make sure that this isn't happening by chance). It seems to be a universal problem that each player encounters regardless of the platform, and that they just somehow fail to notice the ambience music is acting weirdly , or maybe the game designers don't want the music to be too overwhelming so they intentionally made Toussaint music in this way?who knows, LOL

Yeah I've been seeing people talk about it everywhere. And with no real fix it seems. It's been a long time since 1.31 came out. If I had to have one thing go wrong, at least it's the music. I can enjoy the game still.
