How to kill Gael?

I'm a level 7 and I need some money which is why im doing this contract how do I kill him? He just one shots me half the time but I was able to get his health down half way.

It's a lvl 26-quest, your Geralt is lvl 7. Do you think it's a wise decision if you want to earn some money?

The quests have level numbers next to them. In general, you never need to do quest higher level then Geralt is.
