Really weird hair glitch on Geralt need help
http://imgur.com/a/nyMHz take a look for yourself, anyone know a fix? I have a rx 480, i5 6500,
high settings etc

Have you tried turning off Nvidia hairworks, it looks like their hair is freaking out.

haven't done this yet, I see three options: nvidia hairworks (off, geralt, on ) nvidia hairworks AA (0,2,4,8) and nvidia hairworks presets (low, high). Should I just turn off hairworks or also modify the other settings like the AA or preset

@op thats called an Artifact it happens when your putting to much strain on your video card.

Turn all video settings either to low or off and see if that helps, if not your video card may and I mean may be going bad or isn't capable of handling everything in the game, try also reducing draw distance and shadow quality these are the too biggest hits any video card will take next to AA 1-8x or AF 1-16x

Could also; though it is more rare, that the game is corrupted or your seeing a hard drive bad sector take virtual form.
