Report a translation problem
Once you beat the main game, a new game+ is allowed for harder enemies. You can still explore the game once the main questline ends though, if you missed any hidden secrets or sidequests.
DLC is worth it lol it adds like 50+ hours.

The game drops you in the world before ACT 3. But it is very recommended that you play the expansions after you finish the game. They make way more sense like that. Especially Blood and Wine, which even contains spoilers about the main story so you can deduce it happens some time after it as well anyway.
