Yes, it uses alcohol to refill everything

Yes, you just need Alcohol in your inventory. One bottle of Alcohol refill all that stuff with at least 1 hour of meditation.

Really? So if I have mayn potions created and used all of them only one bottle of alcohol will refill all potions and bombs?

No, the whole inventory gets refilled. All ~20 decoctions, ~50 potion charges, ~50 bomb charges. They dropped hard to make but rewarding to use alchemy system from previous games and replaced it with this cheap to use 30 second power ups instead.

Yes, everything is refilled. You can use your 4 potions and 2 bombs, swap them and continue using other potions and bomb. And when you are done, you can meditate1 hour and refill everything.

I admit I'm a bit stingy and hold to my strong alcohol until I really need to meditate but if you buy alcohest from time to time from vendor (and the one you loot) you shouldn't worry t about running out of it

Of course I like waht devs did. I just want to follow an "enhaced path" allows me to do and I can actually select also elements of the original to stay.

Do the alcohol replenish decoctions? I used a decoction yester, but it didn't replenished it.
