Plague maiden
Can i kill plague maiden after i let her out from the tower of mice?

Part of the quest may involve you chasing her out of the tower and fighting on the courtyard below. If this is what you're referring to, then yes you can still kill her.

Ok i have a little older save from this mission. I will replay it all again. Good that i have auto save every 2 min.

If you let her out of the tower you cannot kill her. You have released her on the population of Velen. Too bad, but nothing you can do anymore...

I don't know if you plan to do a re-play, but keep in mind that there is another solution that "neutralises" the plague maiden (well - in fact turn her in something else). Better luck next time, but hey... That's the beauty of this game yes?
