Gwent: Big City Players ..Bug ? please help !
Dijkstra is next to play for special card, quest marker shows on passiflora. I just started his sidequest (Deadly Plot) there but now i cant talk with him anymore. He just sitting there with Vernon Roche...do i have to complete his quest to play gwent with him ? or is it a bug ?

You have to do main quest where u go to the skellige islands after you talk Yennefer , triss , ciri . U have to do the Triss part of that quest and you two go in the bathouse.
