Missing Some Basic Formulas Please Help

I have searched every single point of interest and the vendors that normally sell them are dead. Does anyone know of any fixes to this?

Hybrid Oil, Insectoid Oil, Vampire Oil, Draconid Oil, Necrophage Oil

None of those people had any kind of formulas though I appreciate the help. How do I install the Debug Console Enabler and is there a way to uninstall it after?

None of the formulas are really missable, you find most of them randomly in containers. What level are you? If you're relatively low level then don't cheat your way into getting the formulas, just play the game until you find them.

The Gremist in Skellige will most likely be able to sell you formulas that you don't have by the time you get around to meeting him, but that's generally mid game (the quest you need to do for him to unlock the ability to shop from him is recommended level 24 if I remember correctly).

Are you 100% sure? On my current playthough I went an unusually long time without finding the basic Blizzard recipe and I think I bought all 3 formulations of it from Gremist (basic, enhanced, and superior). I could be misremembering who I bought those from though, but I'm fairly sure it was him.

I think he just sells the majority of the stuff you are missing.

I did every question mark and I am actually level 42. I have had the game since release but I wanted to get the oils now that I have returned for Blood And Wine

I bought everything that I could from Gremist

Blood and Wine. Help an alchemist clear his cave out of big spiders and he will sell some recipes. You can find him in a camp in the north-western part of the map (the Big Game Hunter quest marker). I bought superior northern wind, cursed and hanged oil diagrams from this vendor.

Does anyone have the debug console mod and would be willing to take my save and just add those few things and nothing else? I don't want to mod my own game

The debug console is literally just copying one folder and one file into your witcher 3/bin/x64 folder. That's it. The file and folder can be easily deleted afterwards.
