Keep dying during Ciri's Story: Breakneck Speed

I'm currently in new game+ trying to complete this quest, but whenever I try to fight the last group of guards at the top I keep dying. In some instances I am getting 1 hit by these guards. Has anyone else experienced this? or am I just doing something wrong. I don't remember this quest being so hard.

Having the same issue, it seems like those guys are outleveling me by 30. All the respawning guys before that are normal though.

I think you can just run though the door ie dont have to fight.

Just run/dodge past 'em all. Go through the passage and you arre safe.

I've had this issue and running past them didn't work for me, I kept trying but I could never get out of combat mode. It seems when the made NG+ mode they didn't update Ciri's stats to be comparble with the enemies she's facing.

I finally got past it. Just get a couple hits in, retreat, and repeat. There is obviously an issue with the level so don't get cocky. Also don't use blink, there were many instances where I would get 1 hit mid blink attack

go just before the final bunch of ppl and hide your sword, wait till ur out of combat (try to jump) when ur able to get close to the wall and try to climb it, i was able to climb it and instantly go into the cutscene to finish the flashback

same thing happened to me for the guys at the end, but it was only the Club thugs and it seemed to be only one of them there, all the rest of them did like no damage but then that one rolls up, hit's me once, and I'm a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ goner

Wow, thank you. I was ready to throw my computer out a window trying to beat a dozen dudes that literally 1 shot me without any of my perks or signs. Glad to see somebody found a workaround, since CDPR can't be bothered to fix this 5 year old gamebreaking bug

And you shouldn't expect ng+ to be anywhere proper in w3 since w3 was never made with it in mind.
