New Game plus , will i lose Grandmaster Griffin armour bonuses

If i start collecting the legendary griffin armour sets in new game plus, will i lose the bonuses like Yrden trap size increase to 40% etc that i have from the Grandmaster griffin armour i got in blood and wine

Yes. Only Grandmaster and Legendary Grandmaster provide those bonuses.

If you are wearing it or it is in your stash, it will roll over with you NG+ file.

yeah i mean i have started with it in NG+, but if i start collecting the legendary griffin armour, ill lose the grandmaster armour?

Only if you start wearing the Legendary Armor.

Yes. At least the Armor rating will be higher. I am not sure about Sign Intensity. But you can compare the Grandmaster Griffin Armor to the Legendary Griffin Armor and then compare which one you like more.
But it will have less rune slots until you upgrade the Legendary Armor to Enhanced/Superior/Mastercrafted etc.
