Did blood and wine ever mention fringilla vigo?

I suspected she might be in the main quest before the game come out, now at least she should be mentioned somehow right? Cause she is the only one from main game who actually from Toussaint?

Well there is mention of Arturius Vigo, her uncle.
He's the one that made the fairytail land.

But she is the cousin of the duchess, and she was a MOV in the book while Geralt was in Toussaint for the first time. Considering BAW has even mentioned some minor characters from the book like a bandit whose name is the same as a leader of a hanse in the game, it doesn't make sense there is no mention of Fringilla at all. Plus there is the missing Orianna's final quest from the game , I think it is possible CDP will give us a little surprising free DLC later this year( I will literally kiss them if they do that XD), to me an unfinished job is just not their style.

Here's the thing. You can finish B&W without knowing who Orianna is. You know she is an acquaintance of Regis, but that's it. So I don't think that Orianna is supposed to have a final quest, because that would mean that going to Orianna when you have the choice is going to be cannon.

Exactly. When Geralt says he'll be back and kill her, it's actually scene from "A night to remember" trailer. Orianna is that vampire from the trailer. I mean... she looks exactly the same. And even sings song from the trailer. So, I guess you haven't seen that one.
