Need help with "General Skill Tree"

As the Title says guys i really am in need of help.

My Char is lvl 14

For some reason i only have 2 rows which i can see in the "General Tree" i have put a point in all the slots in the top row ( I know probably bad choice but i will remap skills later ) and atm have 2 points in second but i still have not seen the other rows unlock. I have a freind who got the 3rd row and 4th unlocked at lvl 10. I really need the 3rd and 4th unlocked because i want the 20 mins of regen if i eat food ( sorry forgot name of that skill) and the extra 50 Weight capacity.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. :)

Do you have the paid DLC's? The next two rows are only available if you do.

last 2 rows in general skill tree came with dlcs. you gotta purchase em

Gourmet is the skill you're after. It comes with the expansions.

But you will regret taking that skill.

The game is easy enough as it is, even on Death March.

If you choose that skill, it will plunge the game into a whole new level of easy mode.

Bouncy Castle mode.

no need to waste point on gourmet anyway. you gonna need skillpoints for mutations. all the spare ones.

game offering enough food and drink around. simply enough to spam out of fight. provided you re an explorer/completionist/looter type of player. but if you re not you might go with it but again unnecessary. superior swallow s way better than food reg and replacing 5 swallows only costs 1 alcohol. so all in all i agree to the comment on my top. he s right.
