Where is new art dealer?
Update log said he is near Lazare Lafargue’s Workshop but I don't see him anywhere. Anyone else find him?

You can find him in the same house with Lazare Lafargue, but behind the other door, to the left from Lazare's workshop entrance. He is existed dealer, patch 1.22 only give some paintings to his goods.
