SCAVENGER HUNT: CAT SCHOOL GEAR UPGRADE DIAGRAMS - Part 2 Bugged
The chests with witcher gear will not activate when approached when Wine and Blood is installed and playing an NG+ playthrough. Broken quest bug.

Try to verify game files. I had a similar problem and got fixed it this way.

I already did a verify before I posted. Now I discovered another bug. Went to the soothsayer in Velen and got the Dragonthorn but the quest didn't update when the herb was added to my inventory. This is like the 100th time a quest failed to properly update. The expansion has made the game very buggy. I had a seasonal pass so I didn't get to choose to upgrade to Blood and Wine. Instead it was automatically downloaded. Corrupted my existing NG+ save and made it unplayable. Did a start from scratch and it played good. However now that I started a new NG+ it has become riddled with bugs.

It seems that Wine and Blood doesn't support NG+ in a playable fashion.
