Hey , just wandering if anyone can tell me is there a prerequisite for this quest to unlock ? I thought it became available after beast of touissant , but the painter is not appearing for me in town square/marketplace. Would appreciate any feedback , cheers :)

i just did some of the main quest until i have to go to the graveyard and when i was in Beauclair the painter spoke to me. i dunno what unlocks it, sorry.
