The Witcher Blood and Wine pitchforked monster

Any know anything about the pitchforked monster by Dun Tynne castle?
Is it an easter egg or part of a contract?
The monster is in a tunnel by Dun Tynne Castle and is marked by a cave icon

The tunnel is narrow and straight with no objects at all.

The monster doesn't look like anything ive encounter in the game and both dlc

Its a shaelmaar if you look closely to its foots,nails and hands you can prove it from the in game monster archive but its can be a baby or another branch of the monster from kind of all dead and forgotten maybe.
