Potential spoilers-how did ciri save geralt
So I get that geralt died then yen tried saving him but died and ciri used a unicorn to revive then both and teleport to some aisle, then the wild hunt came and took them the yen away geralt traded himself for the wild Hunt, then ciri later manages to get geralt out of the wild hunt and that's where witcher 1 starts, but how did she manage to get him out, and also did geralt lose memory from joining the hunt or when ciri got him out

Also where did ciri get the unicorn

I don't think it's ever explicitly clear how it works. The way I rationalize it is that the place Ciri takes them to simply has different rules regarding life and death.

And Geralt lost his memory during his escape from the Hunt.
but how did ciri manage to help geralt with his escape from the wild hunt

Unicorns are sentient race, and Ciri is in good relations with them. As for book ending - it wasn't supposed to be extended. So it was more of a metaphore for the afterlife than real place. Didn't help that they were accompanied by ghosts of all their dead friends when sent there.

As for Wild Hunt, they are able to travel between different worlds. So is Ciri. She is actually much better at it, becouse she can do it directly, while Wild Hunt relies on some universe gimmicks. As far as you accept that island as different world, it makes sense.
So did ciri teleport to geralt and bring him away from the hunt?

Most likely yes. Wild Hunt is based in their own world ruled by elfs, and take rest between their raids. Ciri already was in that world, so it should have been pretty trivial for her. "Lady of times and places" and all that.

Best answer.

I'm not sure I'm right about this one, but as far as I remember, Ciri's unicorn is the one she saves early on in the saga, she saves him from certain death while they're both wandering about in the desert after she accidentally teleported herself there after the Thanedd Coup. After that, the unicorns started aiding Ciri every now and then.

I don't think they are dead dead, at least in the game storyline. And I didn't read Season of Storms, I heard some things are explained there (as far as books storyline is concerned)

but how did she manage to get him out,

It is explained by Avallac'h that she fought the Hunt in the world that you visit at the end of TW1 and while travelling with Avallac'h in TW3. She freed Geralt and left him in Kaer Morhen, then ran away.

and also did geralt lose memory from joining the hunt or when ciri got him out

If I remember correctly, in a conversation with Yennefer in TW3 Geralt says Eredin was responsible for their amnesia. He probably did it when Ciri was saving Geralt.

He met him earlier in the books, while trying to survive in Korath Desert
