Doppler Decoction

So apparently the only way you can get a doppler mutagen is by murdering the only doppler in the main game, and a pretty harmless one at that (only steals) i just wanna ask for those that played the two dlc if you can get another chance in the dlcs?

I'm fairly sure you can encounter a doppler enemy other than this one. Been a couple dozen hours, though, so I don't quite remember where. However, there are no dopplers in either of the DLCs.

There are 3 dopplers in the game, the main story important one, the contract one, and the one burned when you reach novigrad, you can only get it from the contract one.

Arguably, the troll, succubus, and doppler decoctions are some of the best. I feel this was done on purpose since those mutagens are largely only available from killing innocent creatures. It's kind of a morality check.
