I completed blood and wine by some days now, and I found Vivienne later in Novigrad, she gave me a feather as memento, and it was equip-able, so I did equip it but now it's just stuck in my hair. What the hell ?

I marked the route with the info symbols, hopefully you'll see her on the nearby bridge. Follow the markers from hierarch square and should get there easily

ok so I found her too, and dunno but maybe it's just how it looks. I mean maybe it's not a bug or anything?

Actually only weird thing is that it seems you can't remove it or anything, no clue if it's a bug or has a purpose after wearing it.

I am keen to believe it's related to a quest or something, it was in quest items after all. Said she was going to skellige, maybe she's there :D

does she only apear if you did the ending with her where you cure her with the egg? or can you still get her to show up if you chose the better ending with the reflection because i chose that one and it seemed like she was going to travel but with the dude aswell.

Sadly I don't know, but you could try to look for her in novigrad. Screenshot of the location above, worth trying.
