Critical bug: Missing npcs in Beauclair

I own the game on GOG but ill ask here too as theres nothing on google and reddit thread didnt help. Every merchant except for the grandmaster smith has disappeared from Beaclauir, this is after the good ending so they should have returned. Itd be fine as i won every gwent card from them already but i have to return the ducal camerlengo quest but he is also missing, theres nobody ever behind the desk, ive meditated for weeks and tried every hour of day and night but they never appeared, anyone got the same problem or already solved it? Thanks. maybe a console command to spawn them?

Ive noticed that sometimes the NPCs wont show up, but all I do is walk outside, look at the map, then close it and they show up. Even the icon on the mini-map disappears, but it all shows back up after I exit the map.

Interesting, the minimap icons are always there for me

I have the same problem. After finishing the main story almost all traders disappeared.

Its icons are visible on the map but traders are not in place.

I hope it's a mistake that knowledge is taken into CDProjekt to fix it in the next patch.

I went ng+ and ill try to live with the fact that i missed some parts of the game

Same problem here.

Every shopkeeper and bartender have disappeared from Beauclair, except for one blacksmith and the Grandmaster smith.
Impossible to finish the Gwent quest and the Ducal Knight quest..

Plus Roach's tail is missing... just to throw that in for good measure. : /
