Alchemy Recipes disappearing after using them.

Are alchemy recipes a one-time use sorta thing? I just started the game, crafted wraith oil, necrophage oil, sanum and moon dust bomb to destroy monster nests. I realized the recipes disappear once I craft them. And once I finish using the bombs, it doesn't disappear from the inventory, it just says 0 charges, is it normal?

Yes. You recover all bombs, potions, and dedoctions when you meditate with a single use of an alcohol item. Their charges will be filled again, and you will not need to make new ones. Upgrades the alchemy items brings greater potency, additional effects, and more charges.

Thanks! I haven't used the meditation until now since I'm on death march difficulty and meditating doesn't regen health.

There is a BOLT of Tracking which causes bleeding, when I run out, how will I gain more? will meditation also bring back specialty bolts?

No, bolts you have to craft, or buy, or loot.
