What is mutagenerator?

Killing enemies charges it. When it's fully charged you can use it in your inventory to get a random greater mutagen.

How do i use it? i have 143/100 charges, dunno how to make it work tho.

Just press E (X on controller) when hovering over it in the inventory.

Also does not carry over to NG+ which I feel is an oversight on the Devs part making the item completely useless.
