Is The Witcher series sexist?
I often hear people say the series (both novel/games) is sexist but curious what you think?

I must admit Andrzej Sapkowski does seem a little obsessed about breasts in his books regarding certain parts and the game does provide heterosexual fanfic heavily but beyond that I wouldn't say it's sexist

No, I don't think it is. A lot of the most powerful and influential characters are female.

Nope

Well the first game kinda is. You pretty much collected cards for every woman you slept with. But other than that, this series actually portray lots of strong female characters like Triss, Yen, Saskia etc.

As a whole, I would say no no, but the first game had...issues *Cough*sextradingcards*cough* and from what I've read of the books they aren't really sexist at all.

If the Lodge was revived witches could control the northern realms, and no one's read the books anyways

What is sexist? Is this a kind of food?

Isn't sex and a fascination with the opposite sex a normal part of life.

No.

That is a societal norm created by the patriarchy and the fact that you would even mention something like that triggers me.

Not these days I'm afraid, today you have to be assexual or gay, otherwise you're a deviant.

Love and sex are topics of art, novels and poetry for centuries. How come when it comes to games, specially when these are put so beautifully in the Witcher, they become sexist? These days feminists call everything sexist whenever they see strong male/female polarity.

PATRIARCHY!!! Now I'm going to drink some cranberry juice... because I hate women.

Other than the cringey sex cards from the first game the series is pretty fair in its portrayal of the genders. Lots of pretty dressed up ladies and mens, beefcakes, hotties, and just as many uggos on both sides. I mean unless one mistakes certain fictional norms / cultures as the creation itself being sexist (which I guess might be easy if you're the kind of airhead that goes to a slutwalk naked before posting that sexually appealing video game characters are sexist on tumblr) it's hard to pin that fault to the series on the whole.
