Could use some help in finding this item, need for the mastercrafted ursine. Saw a guide at youtube at the nilf garrison but it's not there with the current version of the game. Any ideas on how to found this item?

The alchemist in the main city in blood and wine has 8 of them. Hope that helped anybody
