[Side Quest spiler] Til Death do us Part
At the end of this quest I chose the path to get the gwent cards but they weren't put into my inventory.

After some research it turns out I already had the 2 cards that are awarded for this quest but did not receive dupicates. The Bruxa card would have been a welcomed addition to the monster deck.

Anyone else?

I chose the other path and am wondering if it's still possible to get the cards. Were they given through dialogue or did you have to go pick them up?

I also had this same situation, no cards were given to me and completed the quest. the "rose bush" side. didn't try the dudes side.

I thought the guy was lying. Gamblers/cheats tend to....cheat and lie so I went with the chick. She supported him while he was blowing his money and acquiring massive debt.

Hope we'll get them eventually....even though they aren't the greatest cards. The monster deck card is useful though!

Er...I understand why you don't get any cards for siding with him. I'm asking where you got them by siding with her, so I can see if it's possible to still obtain the cards when siding with him.

I haven't looked at the cards I dug up, pretty sure I had them already though.

If you side with her they are exactly where she says they are. In their backyard buried under a rose thing or near a rose bush thing.

Go out the copper gate and run around a bit, their yard is on a hill with a locked gate that opens onto the path going down the hill. I found it completely on accident.

But where is their house?

The cards are Bruxa(Monster) and Barclay Els(Scoia'tael). If you have these cards you won't get any card from this mission. It's not bug :steamhappy:

Someone wasn't paying attention, because she blew a load of money in some Lebodia scam, too

Well, they were both shady for sure but he seemed the more scammy of the two is all :P Her's was a calculated decision while his was an addiction. Either way it was the lesser of the two evils IMHO.

All I can remember is "there is an orchard sign hanging in the front". The gates will be locked but there is a way to jump the fence in the back...think its near harbor gate or the port....that general area? sorry I cant be more specific but I'm sure there is a youtube video somewhere.

Well, THAT was disappointing. Dug up the chest hoping for some new gwent cards (I admit, I love gwent a bit too much) and there was nothing in there for me! Come on, if you have a quest that's a reward of cards give us at least ONE new card.

Ive got a feeling it only grants some cards you dont have.

So if you have them all you get nothing.

Their house is the one immediately east of the Cooper's Gate marker at the north end of Beauclair. I tried going there after siding with him, but neither the buried chest nor the archespore spawn.

Thanks for that. I was never able to find the house but it sounds like it doesn't matter anyway.
