Corvo Bianco not Upgrading

So i bought all of the first renovations and after i came back after a while nothing changed. All quests are marked as completed and i can't even enter the "Secret Room" in the cellar after the house guy told me about it. It's blocked by a huge shelf.

A dev on the official forums said that console commands won't fix it.
Also said that they are in progress on making a fix that will also fix it for your current save.

Wouldn't worry about it.

Half the planet had this issue.

Pretty sure it was the only incomplete thing in my journal after finishing the game.

Means nothing, though.

Gerry's house should have played a bigger role in this game. Much earlier, too.

I re-loaded an early save file before I went to Velen and re-upgraded everything but it didn't fix anything. Did this happen to anyone too?

Supposedly Corvo Bianco Vineyard bugs if you upgrade and then leave the area, Try meditating after you talk with the Domo about the upgrades.

Personally the table from the cook lady is still sitting in the Lounge/Den almost ontop/inside the small couch that was added.
