Fall of House Reardon

I've been googling like mad because I got Letho to Kaer Morhen last playthrough and I really want him this time but I can't seem to find the quest "Fall of house Reardon" to start it. I've gone to Lindenvale and searched the notice board, I didn't encounter her getting kicked out, nor can I find a quest at the Manor itself. The quest is miss-able, did I just screw up this time?

Edit: Oh, I already did the quest a long time ago on this playthrough. lmao It's ghosts of the past that won't trigger. I thought I said at the beginning of the game that I spared Letho, I guess I didn't.

That is a good reason if his corpse is sun bleaching in Loc Muien. Well that is if they didn't accidentally seal in any harpies or necrophages and the drowners don't figure out how to get out of the sewer.

Poor guy, I really hope I spared him now. LMAO I'm thinking now that the mission for him just might not come available until I progress to the point we start recruiting people.
