Yeah, I just googled it and you're right. That sucks, I missed all those ability points but when you're level 97 you don't really need anymore. lmao
Thanks to suggestion of DeFox one have to keep holding Interact key until you get those things the first time you interact with PoP. It might take a couple of seconds before you will see that notification on screen.
I don't recall I had to do this (holding Interact key until you get notification that you have now buff and AP) that long when I played this game in 2015 and a couple of other times before NG.
As far as I recall one had just to interact to get buff and AP the very first time one found one PoP,
Yes, I know this post is a necro, but I think this could be helpful to anybody that today play Witcher 3 and have this issue.
