She is the chamber maid for the family, therefore, if you chose to kill the rebel in Witcher 2 (Beginning) I think his name is Aryan van Attre or some ♥♥♥♥♥. Then she will become extremely wealthy, if you spared his life then she will be a maid.

There is difference in dress, she tells you her background story too which is pretty damn epic!
I did kill him once to see how that played out, but reloaded an earlier save afterwards. xD
Although I'm still not entirely sure how she becomes the Lady, since apparently whether you save Aryan or not his mother ends up working with Nilfgaard. But I guess if he dies they don't really need her for too long afterwards and don't help her keep her status/wealth?
Meets a husband, gets inheritance, begins enterprise. I will try find out more for you lads. The smallest details are always the best :).
