Problem explanation: When Geralt collects the letter and the bottle, it looks like an illusion, the game doesn't actually gives you those items so you can't advance.
Alternative Solution:
1- Examine the item on first floor
2- Collect the Bottle and the Letter at second floor.
3- Open the console, get the items with commands:
> additem('q303_wine_bottle')
> additem('q303_note_for_ciri')
Now you advance to the Riddle step, go place the bottle to appropriate slot.
4- Wall-door slides, room open, go examine everything. There are some notes on the stack. Those are your actual quest items to advance, where the game won't add them into your inventory either. We need to get them manually.
> additem('q303_dudus_briefing')
Everything rolls normally after this step, continue your quest.
