Quest Bug: Redania's Most Wanted Quest (Search Pilippa's Wards with Witcher Senses)

Hi,

I'd like to share a quest bug.

Game environment: v1.31 Steam, New Game+

Bug: When I reach enter the Phiippa's Quarters (in the cave, through portals), I kill the fire golem and enter her room, searched with Witcher Senses and examined everything around. No further quest update triggered. Nothing happens when I find the chipped megascope crystal piece.

What should be: When Geralt find the chipped megascope crystal piece, a trigger should update the quest and guide me to Triss to discuss this matter.

Anybody faced or solved this?

Sharing the solution:

Problem explanation: When Geralt collects the crystal piece that supposedly belong to broken megascope, it's an illusion, the game doesn't actually gives you those item so you can't advance.

When examined and collected whatever you require in Philippa's Quarter, open your console and type the following:
> additem('sq302_crystal')

Now you advance to the "Talk with Triss" step.

Well not really solved. Conversation with Triss don't include any quest related subjects.
