ok how to get them easily? scavinging gets boring to be honest, and buying them is not cheap

there are others but these are the easiest to get. You should get a good supply after doing a few quests

You can make them yourself via alchemy, but honestly you find a ton of them just exploring and looting random locations. The only way you could even run short is if you totally ignore exploration and just focus on the main quest or something.

Don't pay any attention to it then, Dwarven Alcohol is ridiculously common in most crates and boxes and storage, when you walk past something and the 'loot' symbol just pops up, loot it without a second thought.

Seriously you're basically asking "how do I easily get some leaves, picking them off trees is boring."

literally any crate/barrel you open has at least 1 dwarven spirit

There is a way you can get an infinite source of strong alcohol if you own Hearts of Stone.

At the end of the main Hearts of Stone questline, if you side with O'Dimm you get to pick a reward. One of those options is a bottomless supply of strong alcohol. The questline is in the level 30-35 range, however.
