Missing Millie

So I finished the quest gave the kid back to aunt. I tried visiting her my medating for weeks and even did all the skillegal quest. Even after doing that she is missing? I would very much like to recive a gift from her.

I'm done with the Main story - now taking a break between Hearts of Stone and Blood and Wine, doing secondary, treasure, witcher quests and exploring, but while passing thru Oreton, Millie walked up and gave me her gift. Had forgotten about her until that moment. Pretty cool, so I'd guess just pass thru there once in a while - perhaps do some business there to be there long enough for that ending to trigger properly.

do you remeber what time around you did it? I mean in game was it noon or some sort?

(I necro reply just to help other players who might have this same issue)

If you can't find her, like me, teleport to another village, then meditate a few days (try one week) and set the 5 am as day time, then teleport back to Oreton, she will appear just close to the Notice board
