Right now there was an announcement "Quest completed : the thing men do for coin". But I didn't do anything.
I think I already did Keira's quest, but I don't see this Eye of Nehaleni in my inventory.

Thank you very much. No, the contract has nothing to do with this location. I tried it earlier but I can't seem to defeat Ignis Fatuus.
