I killed all the drowners and examined whatever there is to examine (I did it a few times, because the antidotes runs off at some point, so I meditate). Where do I go now. I tried to head back but it's locked.

Many thanks. I burned both corpses and found the bomb part. The gate back to sigi is locked.

Which gate? You go out of the sewers through the hole in the wall near Bart the troll. The only locked gate I can think of is to the left of the hole as you enter the sewer from the basement. So if you are facing the gate the hole is on your left.

Yes that gate is meant to be locked, you use the hole beside it!
