Gwent Card Collection

Hello,
I got some problem with collectiong all cards.
I try done all velen Quest (including Gwent players quest), won with all inkeepers and Baron (before he hang himself), and still missing 4 cards at velen (as it is said at the Gwent Book in my inventory).
I tried to check at internet - and visited all gwent players at Velen pointed at this list: http://www.gosunoob.com/witcher-3/gwent-players-merchants/
but still missing 4 cards.

Where can I find missing players? (Or merchants trading cards?)
(and its not about the merchant at the Novigrad list, but outside Novigrad, I've checked them too)

actually BB while you're at it: b&w. if you start with cdpr's given character ie lvl 34 + 20k gold + whatever items and recipes *and* gwent decks they provide. which main game cards've to be missed irrevocably barring repurchase in toussaint? i'd guess zoltan's 3 quest cards and whatever number from triss' party surely and crach's lambert's and thaler's too. anything else lost?

i put in some time to better complete decks before leaving for toussaint and i'm positively missing dragon card with long name and also couple blue stripe commandos from northern realm deck.

Who would have thought... I got 2 major main story spoilers from a discussion about gwent card collection. Well thank you i guess. As for the OP, you have to play all the merchants for their cards as well. Maybe you missed some? There are new merchants you can save from the undiscovered locations, if you havent already.

Not everyone going to read that much of a long text for a mere card collection. Sadly. Thanks for writing. Also there is nothing wrong with 'late coming'. I opened this one for looking up the advices about card collection, not for reading dlc's story progression. At least put a warning of some sort. Not that hard. 'Spoiler'. See?

yeah i dont care about achievements. but it bugs me why cdpr's starting point for b&w's so inferior for gwent compared to loading one's own save from game end and starting b&w from there. probably it's intentional to steer player towards skellige deck :p
