achievment not unlocked

Hallo,

ich habe witcher 3 mit allen addons durch und hab dann gesehen, dass ich einige achievments nicht freigeschaltet habe obwohl ich sie gemacht habe. kann man da irgendwas machen? achievments:
- gefährlich gerüstet
- ich kann jederzeit aufhören
- ich trug ophiri, bevor es in mode kam
- der held von toussaint
- verurteilt in toussaint
- zu hause ist es am schönsten
- jeden stein umgedreht
- volle synergie.

grade um die ganzen toussaints erfolge ist es schade. hat ja ewig gedauert alle enden des 2. dlc freizuschalten ;(

i finished witcher 3 and all dlcs but after looking into the achievments i saw that i didnt unlocked plenty even though that i have done them:

- toussaint ending related
- find all witch school schemata
- equip osiri
- upgrading your house to the best
- having a full witcher set

is there anything i can do to unlock them? thanks
