The game has been out for several years so, naturally, the price would be lower - not to mention that it's a holiday sale.

Because pretty much everyone would pay full price has already bought it. They're just trying to expand the market and reach people who wouldn't be interested in the game initially.

Because it's from 2015, and companies that aren't Nintendo usually drop the price after 6+ years of being out.

Because CDPR aren't greedy cashgrabbers unlike many companies.

Kinda crazy that an old COD still costs even when discounted,probably more than witcher 3 at full price lol.
