(Spoilers) How to make Nilfgaard win the war?

What quests do I need to do? And what choices do I need to do in those quests?

- Participate in the Radovid assassination plot, help the mages escape Novigrad in Now or Never. This will be followed up with the quests Deadly Plot, An eye for an eye, Redania's most wanted, all of which must be completed before getting to Skellige. After you return to Novigrad, you'll unlock Reason of State.
- Ensure that Vernon Roche lives after the assassination

Anything is better than Nilfgaard, I'm disappointed by the lack of options in 3 versus 2.

Well, I assumed you let Dijkstra rule the North, since Radovid was a blood soaked despot. But it also means only getting back to norm, which for Northern Kingdoms is systemic racism and frequent pogroms. Especially with utter humanitarian disasters like the Novigrad clergy or Temerian guerillas in power. And Dijkstra himself was one of the architects of the non-human persecution that goes well before the war. Radovid is a madman that takes this to its logical extreme. However bad Nilfgaard may be, they're the only country in the Continent free of pogroms. Not that I would favour any imperialist power in the real world, mind you, since it only worsens the status quo amidst all the chaos. With that said, its also stated that Dijkstra's chancellorship ushers in an age of industrialisation, so I assume the resulting mass migration towards urban centres, uptick in material wealth, rapid specialisation and the development of a professional police system would mitigate the North's social evils organically.

Nilfgaard is free of pogroms because they simply genocide other ethnic groups.
Pogroms aren't carried out as official state policy unlike the mass murder, rape and genocide carried out by Nilfgaard

Incorrect. The empire is mostly composed of its vassal states and there are no ethnic Nilfgaardians living outside the core territory. The country would be uninhabited if they had all other nations genocided.
Nilfgaard's invasions may be violent, just as same as any medieval war. Do you think Nordlings don't murder, pillage and rape each other when one king wants to take some small county from his neighbor?

Have you ever actually read the books or even played W2?

They don't genocide every ethnic group, just the ones that get rebellious.
I think based on the descriptions given both in the games and in books that Nilfgaard is clearly the more evil and brutal nation which is why Northern Alliances were able to be formed.

Do you know about Drakenborg? Building a concentration camp for non-humans isnt "carried out as official state policy" too?
